My background includes serving as a customer service associate in the call center industry for the past 2 years. Most recently, I worked as a freelance Chat Support Specialist where our task includes setting sales and service appointments for car dealerships, generating leads and helping our customers with their websites.
Previously, I worked as a Data Entry and Online Researcher at Hotels Combined where my responsibilities include matching properties (Provider vs Company Data) and researching for a unique selling point, facilities, and nearby views of the hotel.
I also worked within two high-volume customer-support call centers for a well-known payroll software (QuickBooks) and a cable & Internet service provider in Australia. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call volume goals, handling an average of 60 to 80 calls per day.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, LinkedIn, Google Apps, Quickbooks, Zoho, LiveChat, and Zendesk.
