To be a great graphic design artist, one must not only be creative but also has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The market is very competitive nowadays, possessing such skill is a great plus used when coordinating with clients to ensure the brand guidelines and to learn more about the receiving end. Having knowledge and understanding of the audience side would make the project more effective and interactive for the audience. As a Customer Service Representative before, I can assure clear communication and successful coordination with clients without having to pay for PR services which would save you a lot of time and effort.
