Hi! I am Lorena Raptos.

Hi, I’m Lorena Raptos. Over the past year, I’ve provided administrative support for all kinds of busy people in all kinds of demanding positions. My work has helped them to find more time to grow their businesses and relieve some of the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads. Moreover, I have provided reliable and efficient output that saved on cost.
After 3 years in college and completing Computer Secretarial and Business Management certificate, I began my career in a small accounting consultancy office, overseeing financial reports and doing bookkeeping jobs. I then went on to become a Billing Officer in a company that specializes in high-value hospital equipment. In 2012, I worked at an events company as an Admin Head. My tasks include basic financial accounting, event management, establishing and streamlining office processes and procedures, and Personal Assistant to the event company owner. It was in this role that I recognised the importance of reliable administrative support of some families with small businesses.
I pride myself on being self-starting and discreet, detailed-oriented, reliable and my communication skills are second to none. So whether it’s lead generation, customer support, research, data entry, social media graphics or anything else, you can consider it done.

Work Terms

7:00am - 3:00pm (PH time) Monday to Friday
Payment monthly thru Bank or Paypal
