    Lorena was absolutely incredible. The design she created for our wedding logo/cartoon was better than I even could have imagined. She kept us informed on the progress of the project the whole time and was speedy with deliverables.

After my initial email, she sent me a detailed description and timeline for the entire illustration process so I understood exactly what to expect before signing the contract. Since she lives in Argentina and I live in

    the US, the illustration process relied on email communication between the two of us. Lorena always responded to my emails and requests for revisions in a timely fashion and let me know exactly where she was in the process. She delivered each phase of the illustrations within a few days of the original estimated timeline, particularly the final phase which was on a tight deadline to get to the printer by a certain date.
