As a small business owner, you have more important things to do than to keep your own bookkeeping. We take care of your books for you, so you can get back to the job of running your business and generating profits. Accurate bookkeeping is essential to your company's long-term viability. Recently, I worked with an innovative startup in the AgTech industry. I served as Company Controller and interim Human Resource Director. I successfully managed the full cycle accounting process, overseeing staff, financial reporting and budgeting. I implemented financial systems and a HRMS platform that enhanced data integrity and reporting clarity. I am adept in collaborating across departments to ensure that financial goals align with broader organizational objectives. I thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy taking on challenges that require innovative solutions.

Work Terms

My proposal is separated into two parts. The first part of the proposal is normally for a clean-up, set-up, catch-up. and data entry of records into your accounting platform. This will entail upload of bank documents, receipts, and multiple conversations to ensure proper classification of transactions.

I will apply a discount to my normal rate as part of a new client discount promotion. To qualify for the new client promotion, you will need to commit to a monthly ongoing service agreement. Please note that the first steps in a cleanup project are always labor intensive. I believe strictly in details, accuracy, and precision when it comes to a clean up/ catch up process. I will be in contact with you continuously as I learn more about your business and begin services.

The second page of my proposal reflects a monthly rate going forward. The monthly rate would be charged on the 1st of the month for that particular month and it is based on the workload discussed in our initial conversations.

50% deposit of the 1st invoice is required to begin service. The other 50% is due upon completion. All monthly ongoing services must be on autopay.
