I have over a decade of experience in lead generation, client onboarding, technical support, and inside sales. I started my career in 2011 and have since taken on roles that allowed me to grow in both technical and client-facing areas. Most recently, I worked as a Lead Generation and Onboarding Manager at The Scalelab, where I handled client onboarding and managed targeted outreach campaigns.

Before that, I worked as a Technical Support Expert at Convergys and Concentrix, helping customers with complex network and connectivity issues. I also spent time as an Inside Sales Specialist at Callbox Davao, where I focused on virtual selling and managing the full sales cycle using CRM tools.

I'm highly skilled in CRM systems, automation, customer support, and account management, with a background in Information Technology.
