Since starting out as a Call Center Agent in 2005, I have been learning a lot about the role and have been getting extensive exposure to the rigors of the job.
I have worked as a customer support for various campaigns. I handled voice and non voice (email/chat) accounts doing order entry, billing explanations, technical support, telemarketing and appointment setting.
As much as I can be an objective and levelheaded, I can also be an abject subordinate - willing to be taught and to learn, very much able to work under minimal supervision.
I love water sports, it was my life for quite sometime before I became a mother of three. I used to be competitive swimmer where I was thought the value of time and discipline.
My free time are well spent with my family. I love to cook for them, move the furniture around, and go out on a movie date with my boys. :)
