Hi! My name is Luis Crisanto Gabriel or you can just call me Louie.
I have been with the BPO industry for 7 years now. I have handled customer service, Technical support, and Sales.
So as you can imagine, we interact with clients over the phone and via email, to resolve their issues, provide assistance and at the same time upsell our products and services.
and in my own opinion, being a virtual assistant is a bit similar to that.
