The following is the main areas of my expertise but it is integrated and I draw on all disciplines in executing work. It is not in order of preference.
Project/contract management/administration – Medupi package 10 infrastructure project management and technical design team leader, GGV contract administrator, small and big contracts/feasibility studies etc. as team leader/manager including back into Eskom days.
Contract/procurement management – preparing/compiling/evaluating etc. contract documents, supporting documents, procedures, specifications etc. (Fidic, NEC, Civil engineering blue book, client own GCC)
Financial/business management – Financial, project, economic, risk and all manners of modelling including forecasting, what-if, simulations, pro-forma statements, budgets and all the tools of the trade. It also includes project control management including change and contract management, value earned, cost estimation and bill of quantity estimation and all the controls associated with it. I have been a contract administrator (GGV, municipal contracts, Eskom (Transmission). Management accountant and various times as financial manager for various entities.
Infrastructure design/management – Wide range of design and management of design experience including roads, earth works, storm water, water, sewer, rail and all related work from township to mega projects. Also feasibility and other studies.
All sorts of pre- feasibility, feasibility and detail studies from technical to management studies.

In order of $ 35/h or fixed at $ 350 depending on the work.
