Professional, well-organized personal assistant
I currently run a small Virtual Assistant Business, Back Office - Virtual Assistant.
I am a 30+-year-old, professional freelancer with 11 years of experience working within an office setting. During the 5 years, I was Admin Assistant and for 6 years of an Office Manager, I learned a great deal regarding administration and time management which I wished to share with other companies.
Skills include but are not limited to - Diary and email management, Call handling. Data entry, Personal and business research, File management (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc), File and folder creation, Managing client profiles / files, Creating systems and processes, Creating process manuals, Spreadsheet creation, and maintenance, etc.
I also have 1+ years of intermediate knowledge of interior van design experience, Van space 3D, in which I have assisted several people within my community to draft an outline of vans that they have used for traveling or full-time living.
I am highly organized, great work ethic, and am resourceful and professional.
Although I am highly organized I live for the spontaneity off picking up and traveling! Currently designing a van conversation that will allow me to work and travel with my young family.
Work Terms
I am available normal office hours, but could provide some assistance outside of these hours.
