Work Terms
Hourly Rate: $20/hour or Project-Based Pricing: Negotiable based on the project scope and volume of customer service tasks.
Payment Terms: Payments will be made via Guru.com’s secure payment system (Escrow or Milestone Payments). Payments are due at the completion of milestones or the project.
Availability: Available for 25-30 hours per week, with flexible working hours depending on client needs and time zone.
Communication: I’m available during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Regular updates on performance and customer feedback will be shared.
Revisions & Deliverables: I offer 2 rounds of feedback or adjustments for customer service scripts, templates, or processes. Additional revisions are available for a fee of $15 per round.
Confidentiality: Client confidentiality is my top priority. I am open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information
