I have 2 years of experience in working with HDFC AMC as Assistant Manager -Client Services. Working for 2 years I have learnt that a good customer service can make or break the image. A good customer servicing is representing the brand to the customers and helps in retaining a loyal customer base. I am responsible for handling daily branch operations mainly Non-Financial transactions section.Ensure uninterrupted and smooth functioning of the branch by liaising with HO and various agencies such as Banks, registrar and transfer agents. Over and above doing the what I am supposed to do as a part of my job profile, I also provide technical support to HO in smooth functioning of Quiz held across branches in India under supervision of Regional Head- Gujarat.I am also a part of NGO- The Wishing Factory and volunteer in managing various events held for Thalassemia patients. I have done my bachelors in Commerce and Masters in MBA -Finance. Along with acquiring degree, I have completed various certifications out of curiosity to learn or as job requirement.
