What language barrier?
If you are looking for someone to translate not only the words but also the flow of your written piece, look no further! I am an Honours psychology student with the Open University, currently residing in the Netherlands. As such, I speak, read and write both English and Dutch on a daily basis. My writing endeavours take place within academic, creative and social context, so I am eager to work on a wide variety of projects.
Beyond this, I own a one-man company, Lostin Translations, which was born in early 2018 out of a combination of my love for puns (hence the name) and a New Year's resolution. My goal was to turn my work as a translator into my primary source of income and creating this small business was my first step towards achieving that.
Not long after this, I was hired by Grupo M Contigo, a global digital content developer, to work as one of their steady translators. Through this, I have become familiar with the use of WordPress and Yoast SEO. As crucial as this has proven to me and my ability to let my services take off properly, I am eager to expand. I would love to work on new projects and with new people - such as you!

Work Terms
I am able to dedicate up to 24 hours per week on translation projects. My rates are negotiable to some extent, but I tend to go by €0,015 per word (in the target language).
My preferred means of communication are generally electronic: either through here, or by e-mail. Video calls are possible for interviews, too.
