I am a Mexican normal person trying to do exceptional things for the people around me. I've been so lucky working with people from around the world, it has allowed me to know their cultures, fears and motivations. I like to create a team to work with and promote trust between each other in this way we can move together to a single goal without being precautions on what our peer would say or feel.
I am really aware of the situation of working in a distributed way, that's why for my meetings I am always looking for new ways of collaboration so my team feels ok, awake, interested and challenged of what we are talking about.
I am living currently in Guadalajara, Mexico and I am married with 2 wonderful boys and my wonderful wife that is Chinese helps me a lot and makes a delicious food.

Work Terms

My working hours depend on the project and its needs, I can work during the daylight time in my time zone that is from 6:00 CST 'til 22:00 CST.
Related to payment I'd say weekly based on the worked hours so we can adjust and discuss any situation asap.
Related to communication if there is slack is fine, whatsapp, wechat, etc. I don't have any preference.
