About

A trained illustrator with many years of experience, working on commissions for a wide variety of clients. With a particular specialism in children's illustration.

I have been working as a freelance illustrator for over five years. My specialism is
in children's illustration and i have a particular love for drawing animals.

I have worked for a variety of clients and past work has included picture book illustration, logo design, web graphics, editorial illustration, poster design, greeting card design & more.

Some of my past clients:
Schofield and Simms, Digital Artist Magazine, Clear Editorial, Newcastle University, Boxfresh Clothing, University of Manchester, Wellcome Trust, and Backpackers Inn.

Style
My illustrative style is textural and decorative.

Medium
I use tradition & digital media in my work. Each image starts life as a freehand pencil drawing which is finished in Photoshop with flat colour, pattern & texture.

Work Terms

I have an hourly rate of £10 (GBP) per hour but am happy to give a fixed upfront cost to clients before work begins.
