Lucy posesses great communication, response time and diligence, all very important aspects for a Virtual Assistant. Unfortunately there were some costly errors on our initial trial project. We had her entering shipment data into our fed ex system and generating labels. Unfortunately she generated 2-3 labels for some of the contacts, resulting in us getting billed additionally. She never informed us of that and we only got notice when our weekly fed ex statement arrived.
