Hi there! I have been in the Information Systems industry for the past year and a half. I have also been a QA Tester maintaining healthcare membership and provider logs (in Excel). I currently am a support technician/IT consultant for a major retail chain in their corporate headquarters. I have proven work experience using Excel, many company databases (Roll2000, SalesForce, ServiceNow...etc) I have also provided technical support for MS Office, healthcare software (MediTech, Kronos, Citrix, and Epic... just to name a few) to a hospitals that were a part of the healthcare network I worked for at the time. I have 12 years customer service experience and also very detail oriented (tedious tasks don't bother me.) I also graduated with an Associates in Arts with honors in 2013.
