I have postgraduate studies in ICTs in Education (completed specialization and doctorate still unfinished) at the University of Carabobo, Venezuela.
For 25 years I have worked as Professor of the Faculty of Engineering and in the last 15 years I am dedicated to the development and administration of the "Aula Virtual de Ingeniería", the first virtual learning environment created at the University of Carabobo. This has allowed me to work extensively with moodle, joomla and wordpress and develop skills in graphic design, HTML, CSS, PHP, mysql, Linux, etc, and become a developer of plugins and themes for moodle. Some of my work in this area has been published in scientific journals. Currently, I am owner and manager of EVEduca, my company for administration and development of websites using moodle, joomla or wordpress.
