A freelancer that takes it easy in life, but works hard to take it easy!

I'm a well rounded consumer services expert. I decided to embark in my own personal growth after working with my father in shop and it's when I ventured in the call center industry in which I've been through collections, customer/tech support, saves, retentions.

Discovered that I had many hidden talents which made me slowly move up the ladder to roles and positions of my liking where I felt like I would be most helpful and make the most impact as a Quality Analyst, Product and Language training, even as an English Teacher.

Then ventured into a little bit more administrative type of work doing Recruiting, even worked as a Personal Assistant and now being a project coordinator at my current job and helping out our VIP customers.

My goal will always be to learn something new and to work alongside someone or a company with good values to learn more and more. My adventure does not stop at my current or next job, but when my body and mind decide it's enough, and I am far from calling it quits.
