Let's go design!

I am a Msc. student at the Politecnico di Torino, Italia, with 4 years of experience using Solidworks to design and model 3D parts and assemblies, produce documentation (such as manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, bill of materials, demostrative videos, etc) and validate designs using FEA and Motion Analysis.

My job has been oriented to both automotive and industrial applications, but I have also done freelance jobs using Keyshot to create realistic images for marketing purposes. I have worked using Autocad for civil and architectural design and rendering as freelancer too.

I have designed functional components that have been used in a racecar. I can use Solidworks Simulation to perform FEA analysis to validate both the structural and the thermal behavior of a given component. As a Senior Mechanical Engineering student, I can determine the most adequate boundary conditions and input loads in order to achieve results actually related to the studied situation, and I can interprete the results in order to redesign accordingly if needed. Using Solidworks design studies, I can select the best geometry for a given part.

Hability to perform engineering calculations, using either MS-Excel or Matlab.

Work Terms

I prefer talking via skype in order to discuss the details of every job. I like sharing my screen while I am working, so the people can see what I am doing and I can hear their opinions. After all, the result must satify them in first place.
