Work Terms
I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Once I take on a project I make sure to be responsive to customers' inquiries, usually within less than 30 minutes during normal business hours (Monday through Fridays, 9am to 6pm), and within 3 hours of the inquiry/contact, 7 days a week.
