Luka’s story dates back to his childhood, when he first started learning programming languages and developing applications at the age of 9. His early experience in coding, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, eventually led him to pursue a career in web development and software solutions.

After an initial freelance business venture that did not succeed, Luka gained valuable experience and insight into the industry, which fueled his determination to build something stronger and more sustainable. With this knowledge, Luka launched PetrovicDesign D.O.O., a company that would focus on offering custom, cutting-edge digital solutions to clients across various industries.

As the company grew, Luka was able to expand his vision and build a team of skilled professionals who share his commitment to excellence. Work Terms

Work Terms - PetrovicDesign D.O.O.

Hours of Operation:
Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM CET. We also offer flexible hours for urgent tasks or project needs, with prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:

Payment Structure: Payments are typically split into two installments: 50% upfront upon project commencement, and 50% upon completion before delivery.

Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, and other agreed-upon methods.

Currency: Payments are accepted in EUR or USD.

Late Payment Policy: Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 7 days overdue.

Preferred Communication Style:

Primary Communication Channels: We prefer email and project management tools (such as Trello or Asana) for regular updates and task management. For real-time communication, we use Slack or Zoom for meetings.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters, we offer a faster response within a few hours.

Availability for Meetings: We are available for virtual meetings via Zoom or Google Meet during business hours or by prior arrangement outside standard hours.

Project Milestones:

We work on an iterative process, providing progress updates regularly. Major milestones and deadlines will be clearly outlined before project initiation.

Revisions:
We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions on designs and development work within the agreed scope. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee depending on the complexity.
