"Meet customers where they are at, not where you want them to be"
I help make good brands great by maximizing relationships as a Sales, Marketing, and Service (CX) Consultant.
Do you think investing in CX is a "waste"? Think again.
Everyone knows it costs more to acquire a customer than to keep one. I can help you do both.
With over 15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Service, and UX testing in both brick and mortar and online industries, I have been able to help numerous companies increase profitability and ROI by placing the customer first through improvements to internal process and strategy.
I hold various licenses in insurance and finance that allow me to operate inside heavily regulated fields while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. I hold a certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt methodology and have assisted in projects that allowed for over $2M/yr in cost savings during my tenure with United Healthcare.

Work Terms
Working Together:
In most cases, I usually dedicate 5-10 hours a week to each client depending on the need.
My Team:
My team consists of my assistant, a few content writers, a project manager (as applicable), and freelance marketers, designers, and researchers as needed.
Hours of Operation:
I typically am in the office from 7-3 Central M-F; however, I do service more than one client at a time.
Payment:
I am able to work with just about any budget or billing need. For smaller projects, I lean toward hourly. For long-term, a monthly invoice may make more sense. I process everything through Paypal currently.
Our Relationship:
It is important to note that our relationship will be that of consultant/ client and not employer/ employee. I bill based on time invested into projects on both mine and my team's resources.
Communication is key to working together. Because of this, I rely heavily on Slack and email to communicate. Video conferencing is also an option.
I am understanding of limited resources and if there is a late payment needed, I need to know ahead of time. Invoices 15 days past due incur a reoccurring 10% late fee unless otherwise discussed.
Onsite Travel:
I am always happy to travel onsite (sometimes it may be highly recommended); however, some items to note-
Airfare: This expense is covered by the client. I am perfectly fine in coach and will cover my incidentals personally during the flying time.
Lodging: This expense is covered by the client and payment arranged ahead of time with the hotel. Since most of my day on site is in the office, low-end lodging is fine.
Food: Outside of business-related meals/ meetings (covered by the client), I will cover my own food.
Transportation: Clients will be billed for all business related ground transportation. In most cases, I use Uber/Lyft and transportation to and from the office/airport will be invoiced separately. All personal transport not related to business will be my own responsibility.
