I am a customer service representative with over 4 years of experience working in a multi-site contact center. I am a self-motivated, result-driven, and sociable person. I enjoy helping other people, which is why I thrive so well in customer service roles. My passion for helping people made me volunteer with the Empowered Sapiens Mulier Initiative. In ESMI, I'm able to reach out to people who need help and offer my assistance to them.
At my previous job, I was responsible for making outbound and inbound calls regarding service subscriptions, resolving customers' technical problems using the company's troubleshooting resolution tree, and keeping records of customer interactions using the CRM system. I have the ability to remain calm under pressure and I can competently handle customers' complaints.
