I have worked on various Residential and Commercial projects over the span of time with multiple clients and organizations across the world. My expertise includes Space Planning and Designing, 3D modeling ( 3D Max - Sketchup & Revit ) and Rendering ( Vray ) for both Interiors & Exteriors.

All our rendering works are photorealistic with 3d Studio Max 2022 program and Vray rendering engine.

Job description:

* Modeling all reference images from you in 3D.
* In line with the concept you will present to all scenes, the facade design materials
creation and assignment.
* Placement of environmental elements and accessories.
* Selecting the appropriate camera angle and submitting it to your approval.
* Receiving final renders of approved scenes.
* Post-production of rendered renders in photoshop environment.


Note: 1 free revision from the delivered renders, provided that the concept and model are not changed.
you have the right. Extra fee will be charged for revision renders.

Commercial Terms.

Payments are 30% in advance at the beginning of the project, 30% in the middle of the work process, and the remaining 40% in the project.
