I'm Lyka my previous work was a front desk officer/ Customer services, my Job is to manage all the bookings, calls, and cancellations of the hotel Reservations,i'm doing this all task using a micro soft excel and micro soft words.We also doing research to other hotel accommodation using google for the guest transfer.
