Hi I am Lyndon Mene, I am 27 years old, I worked in a BPO industry for more than 6 years as a customer service rep and a sales rep, we are handling quires and general question from our customers and we arec offering additional core service and upgrade as part of our sales. I like sales because at that time sales is one of the most important metrics we have, an since i am very competitive i always wanted to be on the top, so i always do my best to make sure that i will hit the target and most of the time i was able to hit more, In my first company i became the top seller for few consecutive months, and in the next company which i worked with I've become a sales elite after my first 2 months. For me selling is a test if you really know your products or services, because if you did it is easy for you to introduce it to everyone and if you really know your products or services you can easily rebut with your customers, always learn the needs of your customer, by learning their needs it will be easy for you to find the best product or services to offer to your customer. in that way it will be easy for you to position your product. if given a chance to be part of your company i will make sure to be productive by applying all the good things that I've learned from my prev experiences.
