Telesales Specialist/Appointment Setter and Customer Care Representative

I have 9 years of experience as BPO sales representative. I am also a part time online ESL teacher to Chinese students who wants to learn English as a second language.
I had the chance to work in major call center companies here in The Philippines where I’ve handled telecommunication accounts like AT&T, T-mobile U.S, and T-mobile UK. I’ve also handled sales accounts for Comcast, Time Warner Cable, and DODO Power and Gas (Australia). I’m very familiar with different tasks like solving billing issues, technical support, and sales.
Working in the call center industry has taught me a lot of skills, like proper call handling, active listening, understanding different accents, and multitasking. I’ve also learned how to be assertive but polite when it comes to product or service endorsement. I am well-versed in adapting different ways under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
I am a professional and I have been trained to provide a world-class customer service.
