I currently supervise a back office team for a call center. In addition to this I manage the reporting and distribution of information for the Operations Supervisors to share with their teams. Due to this experience, I have established experience in Excel creating reports, charts, and "dashboards" that are organized, easy to understand, and shareable.

Work Terms

I prefer communication via email, and I am available at all hours to begin work as I currently work remotely. With great communication, the turn-around time on a project will be quick and efficient.
