Graduated as a student of communication study program in 2019 I'am lucky to start my first job as a Management Trainee (acceleration program to get managerial position faster) at PT Kawan Lama Group (one of the biggest retail and product management industry in Indonesia). This program usually has to be completed in a year, but I was selected as a fast track candidate with an acceleration of the program to nine months and achieved 3rd best top rank.
After graduating from the Management Trainee program, i'am as a Deputy Operation Manager at PT Home Center Indonesia one of the business units of PT Kawan Lama Group. During this period, I was incharge almost in six stores around Jakarta, Kalimantan and East Java. After one and a half year I become a Deputy Operation Manager, i was promoted as an Operation Manager in the Central Java branch business unit in January 2022.
During three years I worked at PT Home Center Indonesia, the skills I got were people management, inventory management, product management, marketing strategy, business analysis, merchandising, supply chain, promotion programs, content writing etc. Instead of it, I also continue my study in master program for communication in Sahid University South Jakarta and finished it in December 2022.
Work Terms
I prefer work done Monday - Friday, with fixed price (milestone based) or tasked-based methods for payroll methods. The communication style that I like in working this model is structuring style, which is by utilizing verbal messages orally and in writing to establish orders that must be carried out, scheduling tasks and work, and organizational structure. This communication style aims to influence others by sharing information about organizational goals, work schedules, and rules and procedures that apply in the organization.
