Include Electronics & Microelectronics Fabrication processes development for space hardware. Involved in deciding specifications for materials, machines, process parameters, testing products, softwares, training personnel, preparing process standards, etc. Was leading group of engineers and technicians to deliver final product. Expertise in PCB CAD, process flow charts and graphical tools, technical presentation in PPT, project reports, monitoring activities and schedules. Also lead process Quality Assurance and Quality Control department.
Stages are Hybrid Microcircuit, PCB Layout design, data preparation for stencils, Circuit Engraving/PCB production, Components assembly, wires -interconnections welding-soldering, Hermetic Sealing of packages, Wire harnessing of wires, integration with multipin connectors, co-axial cables etc. Getting all units approved for electrical testing and cleared for further stages.
I can contribute efficiently for electronics industries, technical presentation and writing, provide complete guidance for production infrastructure, train personnels, co-ordinate with various agencies, contract preparation and product design and development. Most of activities can carryout online and if required, can present on site as well.
I have been delivering lectures for various subjects like Electronics, Computer Engineering, Satellite Systems, Communication, Remote Sensing etc. to University students.
Work Terms
Can work 4-5 Hours per day for whole week including weekends. Per Hour fees varies case to case.
