Hours of Operation:
I am available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) for project work and consultations. Weekend availability can be arranged upon request based on project needs.

Payment Terms:

Project-Based Pricing: Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of each project. A detailed quote will be provided after discussing your requirements.
Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final delivery of files.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Guru’s secure payment system, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Revisions: The price includes two rounds of revisions within the original scope of the project. Additional revisions outside the scope will be charged at an agreed hourly rate.
Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer Guru messaging for most communications, ensuring all details are documented. For more urgent matters or in-depth discussions. I typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays, and if there are delays, I will notify you.

Project Delivery and Revisions:
Deliverables will be provided in agreed formats (AutoCAD DWG, PDF, etc.) by the specified deadline. Two rounds of revisions are included to refine the design and ensure satisfaction. Further revisions will be billed based on time and scope.

Confidentiality:
All project-related documents and information shared with me will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Cancellation Policy:
If the project is canceled before work starts, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations after work begins, additional charges may apply, depending on the progress made. I ensure transparent communication throughout the process.
