Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation
Our team is available to assist you during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Local Time)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Local Time)
Sunday: Closed (Emergency support available on request)
We also offer flexibility for project work and urgent tasks outside of regular hours, subject to prior arrangement.
2. Payment Terms
We prioritize transparency and clarity in our financial dealings. The following payment terms apply:
Project-Based Payments: For project-based work (e.g., website development, marketing campaigns, etc.), payments will be divided into milestones:
Deposit: A 30% upfront deposit is required before work begins.
Progress Payment: A second payment (40%) is due at the halfway point or upon completion of the first deliverable.
Final Payment: The remaining 30% is due upon project completion, before final handover or delivery.
Retainer-Based Payments: For ongoing services (e.g., digital marketing, construction project management, or tax advisory):
Monthly retainers will be invoiced at the start of each month.
Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Hourly Services: For consultation or services charged hourly, clients will receive an invoice detailing the hours worked and applicable rates, with payment due within 14 days.
Late Payments: A late fee of 5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices after 30 days from the due date.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card.
3. Preferred Communication Style
We value open and clear communication to ensure seamless collaboration. Below are our preferred methods for communication:
Email: Our primary method of communication for formal discussions, contract details, invoices, and important project updates. Please direct emails to the appropriate team member based on the service you are receiving.
Phone Calls & Video Meetings: We are available for phone calls.
