Work Terms

Scope of Work: I will begin working once we have a clear, detailed agreement about the nature and scope of the project. This includes deliverables, timelines, and specific milestones. Any changes to the project scope after the initial agreement may result in revisions to deadlines and costs.

Communication: Regular and clear communication is critical to the success of a project. I am available for updates and discussions through email, Skype, or any other agreed-upon platform. I expect you to be available for clarifications, approvals, and feedback as necessary to keep the project moving forward.

Payment Terms: For projects under $500, payment is expected in full before the commencement of work. For projects above $500, I prefer a 50% deposit before the project begins, with the balance due upon completion.

Revision Policy: I offer [number of revisions] revisions included in the project cost. Any additional changes beyond these will be subject to an extra charge.

Ownership of Work: All final versions of the work product will be transferred to you upon full payment. However, I reserve the right to use non-confidential parts of the work for my portfolio.

Confidentiality: I respect your privacy and agree to keep all project information confidential. If required, I am willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Turnaround Time: I strive to provide quality work within agreed-upon timelines. However, the turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity and size of the project.

Cancellation Policy: If the project is cancelled midway, a cancellation fee that is commensurate with the work done to that point will be charged.
