Work Terms

Availability and Communication:

I am available for work Monday through Friday, from 6 PM to 9 PM CET.
I respond to all inquiries and communications within 24 hours.
Preferred communication methods are Guru messaging, and video calls for detailed discussions.
Project Scope and Deliverables:

All projects begin with a detailed discussion of the scope, objectives, and deliverables.
A comprehensive project proposal will be provided, outlining the timeline, milestones, and cost.
Payment Terms:

Payment is accepted through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security and transparency.
A 50% initial payment is required before the commencement of any project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and approval of the final deliverables.
For larger projects, a milestone payment plan can be arranged.
Commissions and Fees:

The agreed-upon project fee is inclusive of all commissions and fees. There are no hidden charges.
Any additional work outside the initial scope will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding, with a clear outline of additional costs.
Revisions and Feedback:

I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.
Additional revisions beyond the initial two rounds may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund of the initial payment will be provided.
If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund will be negotiated based on the amount of work completed.
Confidentiality:

All client information and project details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request to ensure complete confidentiality.
