About

Architectural Services

Over 20 years in-house and on-site experience developing and managing projects from concept through completion in a multitude of construction environments. Design projects include large-scale suburban developments and boutique, commercial and residential developments in cities nationwide. Other projects include university and agricultural facilities management; theme park attraction design and construction; television art direction as well as other idiosyncratic projects.

Substantial in-house experience working for corporations, educational institutions and architectural and building firms in Chicago, New York, Santa Fe, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Miami, and Key West.

Software: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and Dropbox. Also support for Blender, Rhino, SketchUp and ArchiCAD softwares. Possess an extensive knowledge base and am familiar with all construction materials, processes and trades.

For the last several years I have been designing and producing construction documents from concept to the permit process for high-end custom homes.
