Customer Support Experience Manager

I have extensive sales experience, whether inbound or outbound. I also have several years of customer service experience and had the pleasure of handling my own team and helping them out in meeting their own goals.

I also have a lot of exposure using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google drive and other Google apps and platforms, especially AdWords and AdWords Express.

I have a calm disposition and I am a great multitasker, allowing me to accomplish several projects at once. I am open to new ideas and eager to learn new things because I believe in continuous self-study. I look forward to working with you as a customer service or sales representative and act as your right hand in any projects that you may have for me.
