I have been in the customer service industry for three years. My experience was in technical account and after two years I was immediately promoted to Customer Service Representative level 2. I have transitioned to freelancing so not to limit my learning on an enclosed office. Working as a freelancer will allow me to work with different people and learn different skills and technique that will help me grow professionally as a virtual assistant.
