Finance Manager
Role and responsibility

My responsibility is to ensure the implementation of the company's strategy, which is reflected in the annual budgets. This is done through weekly meetings with the Director of Marketing and Operation in addition to bilateral discussions during the week in order to resolve any financial constraints.

My main role is to the direct finance team to provide financial liquidity through the preservation of the company's internal assets, follow-up of funds under collection and evaluation of new financing and investment opportunities.

The Finance team responsibility:
1. Daily cash position
2. Weekly sales, receivable and payable reports
3. Monthly stand alone and consolidated financial position compared with the budgets.
4. Quarterly submission of VAT
5. Annual submission of Tax and Zakah.
6. Audit reports and requirements.
The Finance Team achievements:
1. Transformation From FOCUS software to ERPNext software under the supervision of finance.
2. Preparation of transition reports From GAAP to IFRS in 2018
3. Collection an amount of USD 160k after considered it as a bad debt.
4. Payments to the suppliers in time to increase the credit limits as it considered as funds without interest.
