A logo is an important part of your company's brand, and makes a significant impact on a company's public perception. In fact, a logo is one of the most important branding investments a business can make. A logo can be described as the face of a company.
Logotype is a graphic representation or symbol of a company name, trademark, abbreviation, etc., often uniquely designed for ready recognition. You may also think of a Logo as a simple visual mark to identify your company product or service.
A good logo is distinctive, appropriate, practical, graphic and simple in form, and it conveys the owner's intended message. A concept or “meaning” is usually behind an effective logo, and it communicates the intended message.

What I agree to do:
1. Scope of Work.
I will do the following within [5] days after I receive a signed copy of this Agreement and 40 percent of the payment from you:
*THE DESIGN BRIEF: I'LL TALK WITH YOU AND GET THE DESIGN BRIEF ( BASICALLY WHAT IT IS THAT YOU ARE LOOKING TO ACCOMPLISH WITH THIS DESIGN).
*REFERENCE: I WILL CONDUCT RESEARCH INTO LOGO DESIGNS THAT HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND CURRENT STYLES AND TRENDS THAT ARE RELATED TO THE DESIGN BRIEF. SO THAT YOUR DESIGN IS CUTTING EDGE AND READY TO DESTROY YOUR COMPETITION AND ARE UNIQUE.
*SKETCHING & CONCEPTUALISING: THEN I WILL DEVELOP THE LOGO DESIGN CONCEPT(S) AROUND THE BRIEF AND RESEARCH. THEN USE CREATIVITY AND EXPERIENCE TO DESIGN A LOGO.
*REFLECTION: THEN TOGETHER WE WILL DISCUSS THE SKETCHES AND CONCEPTS (FEEDBACK STAGE)
*PRESENTATION: WE WILL THEN CHOOSE WHICH LOGO(S)/ CONCEPT(S) YOU LIKE THE BEST AND THEN THAT DESIGN WILL BE FINALIZED!]
2.Final Files. I will deliver to you, via electronic mail (or a downloadable hyperlink), within [2] days after you approve the final design(s), digital files containing the final design(s), in the following format(s):
[THE FINAL DESIGN ON WHICH YOU HAVE DECIDED TO USE FOR YOUR LOGO WILL BE GIVEN TO YOUR THROUGH A LINK IN WHICH YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE SEPARATE FILES. THE FOLLOWING FILES WILL BE IN THE LINK: ONE JPEG FILE ,PNG TRANSPARENT FILE, AND A PDF FILE OF YOUR LOGO.]
What I promise you:
3. Original Work/Conflicts/Confidentiality.
I promise that, except for anything that you gave me to incorporate into the design(s): (a) my work will be original and will not be copied in whole or in part from any other work; (b) I own the rights that I am giving you under this Agreement, or I have secured such rights to any third-party content incorporated into my final design(s); and (c) my work does not violate the patent, copyright, trade secret or other property right of any person, firm or entity.
