Although not a registered architect, a good designer and worked well with my direction and detailed nature. We agreed to a slightly extended schedule.   The final design is great.. I can't wait until the storm in Californa is finish so i could send the plan to the city and get it approve to built the deck.. Overal Mr.Coronas is great. I'm 100% sure i will hire him again on my other project
