Work Terms
- Project Scope: The details of the project, including deliverables, timelines, and specific design requirements, will be outlined in a written agreement. Any additional work outside the initial scope will be subject to a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
- Revisions: The project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be billed at an hourly rate. Revisions should be consolidated and provided within the timeframe specified to ensure timely progress.
-Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion or according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in project delays.
- Ownership and Rights: Upon full payment, the client will receive full rights to the final design deliverables. The designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
- Communication: Effective communication is essential. Clients should provide clear feedback and timely responses to ensure project alignment. Preferred communication channels and response times will be established at the start of the project.
- Project Changes: Any significant changes to the project scope or deliverables after work has begun may require a reassessment of timelines and costs.
- Liability: The designer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the design deliverables. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all content provided for the project is accurate and legally compliant.
