i'd like to think an ordinary person is capable of anything
I've been working in a corporate industry for almost 6 years now . 3 years in customer service and 3 years as a programmer.
My background includes serving as a customer service representative in a call-center environment and had an extensive technical background. Most recently, I worked as a programmer on one of the largest banks in the Philippines and my daily tasks include creating systems that are usually needed in financial institutions, testing software, debugging and resolving system issues, day to day reporting to clients and vendors with different nationalities, documenting, creating reports, analyzing data and some administrative works.
Previously, I worked as a customer service representative for a financial institution. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (fraudulent activities, missing pin numbers, unauthorized used of card, missing and lost cards) . mainly in back office environment so we focused on email and chat support but we also do some outbound calls. I consistently resolved issues and later on transferred to a higher position which is Quality Assurance Analyst. In this position, I gauge CS agents on how they resolve customer’s issue, if they efficient or not. I evaluate their resolving processes and coach them from time to time to discuss what areas of improvement should they take. I create reports , document necessary files and present it to clients .
Right now I'm looking for a home based job to experience something new in my career and explore some other possibilities
Work Terms
I could work 5-6 hours a day but it could be also depend and could be adjustable if ever. I do receive payments through my PAYPAL account or any other remittance service or through my bank account.
