Sales Superstar, Customer Support, Professional Admin Assistant
I have worked online for 7 years, with my experience I can say that I was able to master the grounds of freelance work. My goal is to promote productivity of companies that hire me. Working with a goal similar to clients is a fulfillment as a person and as a freelance professional.
My previous online job experience are as follows:
*Mando Mandarin Online Chinese School- I have worked as an Assistant Director who is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school from account handling, telemarketer’s training, email set up, scheduling and payroll.
*Upwork- I have started as a researcher and then later on I have managed to work with business owners who have handled B2B and B2C campaigns. I have worked as an Appointment Setter, Customer Service Representative, Data Encoder and Cold Caller. My other work experiences are highlighted in my upwork profile.
*Strategic Solutions- I have been part of their Human Resource Team where I am responsible for calling applicants to set up for an interview with the Hiring Manager.
*WeTalk International- I have been the Agency Director of this Philippine-based virtual agency. I make sure that clients are satisfied with the Customer Support provided by agents. I also talk to clients to help them choose the best Agent that will help their company grow.
