I've been with Sutherland for almost 2 years with a call center experience. I've work at Sutherland Global Services as customer service, sales representative,and technical support, with a different account. First account as a Customer Service Representative for
Turbotax, we help our customer to process to pay their Taxes, also on how to download and install their ordered CD's. Second account as Sales Representative which is Flowers to deliver, it's a seasonal account, and the Third is Quicken account, as Technical chat support these
accounts includes accurate and brief troubleshooting given to the customer through chat resolve the issue that they are contacting for. Also, I provide customer satisfaction not only by resolving their concern but by earning their trust through chat that shows enthusiast and a smiling message. then I do up-sell and discuss first the features and benefits of the product.

I'm a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Services, and had on the job training in one of the five star hotel. I 'll serve with different kinds of people, I give them all they need to provide customer satisfaction. I was answering the phone when there is a want to undergo room service,
and ordering some food.
