I am a practitioner of sales - 15 years of corporate career as an assistant to the director of commercial sales. I'm not talking stories from the "wise" books. I have done hundreds of cold phone and dealing with the angry customers, fighting for customers in own organization. I worked as the Director of Business Development Door Group SA and ICAN Institute Sp zoo, the publisher of Harvard Business Reviev Poland, Director of Sales at Wolters Kluwer Poland, Commercial Director at Orange. I was associated with PKO BP as a marketing manager Brokerage House of PKO BP. First started my career in Computer Associates Poland (CA) as a sales assistant and a member of the team that won the title of Sales of the Year.
I'm graduated MBA (GFKM and IAE Graduate School of Management Universite Paul Cezanne), degree in economics from the University of Gdansk, I completed postgraduate studies in Lyon. I completed a number of courses and training in the field of sales and sales management process.
