Mechanical Technical Office Section Head at (EAST) Engineering and services technology. (For Industrial Automating and Steel Structure activities)

* Receive the project file attached with the required specifications /and the project measurements taken by the site or factory engineer on nature (As built) from the Technical Office Manager.
* Study the project to determine the best in terms of quantities and sizes to ensure the effectiveness of the material usage for the project
* Prepare the BOM (bill of material) and Costing of the designed Warehouse to be used in Sales Quotation
* Create the executive drawings for the project (shop drawing) and confirm it with the consultant or the general contractor to proceed
* Send the work order to the production Dept. / financial Dept. attached with the specifications needed.
* Periodic follow-up with the site to know the project status
* Create the settlements documents for the project (during - the final), attached with the final as built documents and deliver it to the financial department
