An introduction to my previous experiences

Dear Sir
I am confident that my 19 years of solid experience and adverse capabilities in project management make me an ideal freelancer.
During my time working as a structure designer then worked as a design team leader at many various consultants. I was the second – in – charge to the design manager in leading a medium-sized development team.
I was charged with the responsibility of helping oversee a range of critical projects from conception to delivery.
Thereafter, and after 7 years from my graduation, I decided to enlarge my experience to include construction management which empowers me in analyzing many tasks such as tender packages, shop drawings, QS, variation order, client invoices, schedule, and cost estimation analysis.
I was commended by my manager for demonstrating strong skills in proactively managing important and time-sensitive projects; developing innovative solutions to critical problems; balancing stakeholder expectations with those of the company, and working collaboratively with other team members to establish an efficient and effective system of the construction.
Finally, I crowned my experience for 13 years in consultancy and construction by developing my career by value engineering analysis and project design management.
In my time at past and recently employer, I was noted for having achieved the following:
- Analyze the requirements of a project to achieve the essential functions at the lowest total cost over the life of the project.
- Study of alternative design concepts materials, and methods without compromising the functional and value objectives of the client.
- Executing many highly profitable projects with budgets over 1,000,000,000 E.L.
Furthermore, I have a strong academic background to ground my work. After completing my B.SC of civil engineering at Alexandria University, I went on to grow my knowledge with a diploma in the project management office and recently Value Methodo
