Terms and conditions
For the projects valued under or equal to 2000USD;
25% advance on the signing of the contract
75% on final delivery
For projects above 2500USD;
a) 20% as project advances,
b) 30% on approval of the design
c) 25% on milestones completion,
c) 25% (remaining) final payment on project completion and handing over site to clients possession with QC and full testing
