Profile summary
I am a graduate from Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt at 2009, then I got Information Technology Institute (ITI) scholarship at 2010, and I worked since then as a network engineer, and I am currently Supervisor Core Data Network Operation at Orange Egypt.
Moreover, I am passionate about analyzing how to enhance work performance, also I seek to enrich data analytical skills to conquer marketplaces of data analysis field.

Job description:
• Review designs and implementing for the entire IP network including LAN,
WAN and Security using Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
• Maintain Security access to the network through Juniper SRX, Cisco ASA,
F5, and Fortigate.
• Perform analysis and diagnosis on complex network problems.
Corporate: Telecom Egypt.
Position: Core Operations Senior Engineer.
Duration: Jan 2018 – April 2019.
Job description:
• Evaluate technically and financially from operations point of view the new
Request for Proposals (RFPs) that are proposed by vendors.
• Open and follow cases with vendors for any network abnormal or unknown
behaviors.
• Test new configuration, solutions, and workarounds which are performed by
other teams to detect the effect on the operation of network.

• (2009-2010): Diploma Degree in Data Networks department from Information
Technology Institute (ITI).
• (2004-2009): Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Faculty of Engineering,

Work Terms
I have a flexibility in hours of work, as I can adapt myself to work at morning or night hours.
In addition, my current hour price is 10 USD per hour.
Moreover, I can contact with the customers using various methods like telephone, emails, and online meetings.
